I quit smoking very easily in 2001 with the help of hypnosis and without gaining any weight.
I smoked for more than 25 years and, of course, I tried quitting this habit many times before. The hypnosis session impressed me tremendously.
The suggestions I received allowed me to give up the need to smoke as well as feeling better about myself. I am grateful for this practical and effective technique.
Because of that experience, I felt the need to learn hypnosis. I started my studies in Germany and, for many years I've often come to the US to increase my effectiveness by learning more hypnotic techniques.
